Notice is given that Prosperous United AFC AGM will be held on Tuesday 16th June at 8.30pm in Dowlings Lounge, Prosperous.
Copy of club rules and constitution available by request. Nominations for positions of the clubs executive committee must be submitted in writing to the honorary secretary no less than fourteen days prior to AGM and must be proposed and seconded accordingly by club members or executive committee. All motions must be in writing and be received by honorary secretary of the club not less than fourteen days before the date set for the AGM. Members of the outgoing executive committee shall be present at the AGM and shall have full voting powers.
Only fully paid up members are eligible to one vote at AGM/EGM. Parents of children under 16 years of age are entitled and eligible to one vote.
All fully paid up members over 16 years of age are entitled and eligible to one vote. The business of the AGM shall be as follows; Receive annual reports from Chairperson, Secretary. Treasurer and Child Welfare Officer. To elect an executive committee for the coming season. Any Other Business which may arise at the AGM. All members are requested to attend.
