U13 Major
The U13 Major team travelled for an away friendly v Kilcullen yesterday for their first game of the season. The result didn't go to plan as they were defeated 4-1 but there was a lot of hard work from everyone on the team, with some good play from Jordan and Kyle. Well done to Jake Gillick for his first goal on his debut. Looking forward to the season ahead.
U16
The U16 team were in devastating form in a friendly match against Newbridge Hotspurs winning 9-2, four goals each for Killian and Evan and first ever Goal for Chris Morrissey, not forgetting that Chris did score in a penalty shoot out last season. Also Ciaran Ward pulled of a spectacular save from a 25 yard free kick. Well done to all the team, you give us great hope for the season ahead.
